It has been an honor and a privilege for Jaime & Edwarda Alderete to serve the Modesto community since July 1999.  Jaime is committed to serving authentic Northern Italian cuisine, which necessarily involves using the freshest local ingredients that are never frozen and always in season. Our talented and creative kitchen prepares its soups and sauces daily.
